This workshop resource documents the first ToMinHAI workshop on Theory of Mind in Human-AI Interaction. It summarizes discussions across papers, posters, panel sessions, and group activities that explored how Theory-of-Mind-like capabilities can be designed for AI, how humans attribute mental states to AI systems, and how mutual Theory of Mind may affect trust, collaboration, personalization, and ethics. Although not a benchmark itself, it is a relevant community resource for identifying evaluation challenges and design priorities in socially intelligent AI.
